Aanvraagformulier bijstand:

 

In bijlage 1 van het Handboek bijstand nationaal, staat vermeld op welke wijze bijstand bij het LOCC aangevraagd dient te worden. Hierin wordt ook gesproken over het te gebruiken aanvraagformulier, te gebruiken door alle kolommen.

Via onderstaande foto kunt u dit aanvraagformulier downloaden.

Nu de Wet op de Veiligheidsregio's van kracht is, is de rol van de CdK veranderd. Bijstand (muv bijstand op grond van de Politiewet) wordt rechtstreeks bij de Minister van VenJ (lees LOCC)  aangevraagd.

Het Aanvraagformulier bijstand kan ook gebruikt worden voor de aanvraag Militaire Steunverlening en onder grond van de aanvraag dan vermelden: Regeling Militaire Steunverlening.

Handboek Bijstand

 

In 2009 heeft het LOCC de eerste versie van het handboek bijstand gepubliceerd. In dit handboek is alle relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van bijstandverlening inzichtelijk gemaakt.

Het Handboek Bijstand is onlangs aangepast op de effecten van de inwerkingtreding van de Wet Veiligheidsregio’s en is tevens aangepast aan de nieuwe departementale indeling en de daarmee gepaard gaande wijzigingen in gezagsstructuren.

Vanwege het dynamische karakter van het handboek is er voor gekozen om de nieuwe editie nog slechts op de website aan te bieden. Het Handboek Bijstand bestaat uiteindelijk uit vier delen.

De vertaalde versies worden verspreid aan de internationale partners van het LOCC.

Indien u nadere informatie wenst over de inhoud van het handboek, of indien u meent dat de informatie in het handboek aangepast moet worden, dan kunt u gebruik maken van het contactformulier of een e-mailbericht zenden aan locc@dgv.minvenj.nl

Deel 4 is nog in ontwikkeling en nog niet beschikbaar.

 

Assistance Manual

 

In 2009, the NOC published the first version of the Assistance Manual. This manual provides insight in all relevant laws and rules issued in the field of rendering assistance.

The Assistance Manual has recently been updated to include the ramifications of the coming into force of the Law on the Safety Regions and is adapted to the renewed departmental division and the subsequent changes in authority.

Due to the dynamic character of this manual, we have chosen to publish the new edition of the manual on our website only. The Assistance Manual will ultimately consist of four parts.

Translated versions of the manual are distributed amongst the international partners of the NOC
